1. Select your preferred trip date
2. Select trip and seat/s
3. Input your details
4. Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How to rebook trip?
You may rebook online at https://easybus.ph/rebook.
Over-the-counter rebooking and cancellation are also available at any of Raymond Trans’ ticketing offices. Rebooking and refunds are allowed on or before the trip date/time. Rebooking and cancellation are subject to the following fees and policies:
- Rebooking fee – 20% of the fare
- Refund: 20% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.
How to rebook trip?
Online Rebooking
• Rebook up to 3 hours before your trip via the “Manage Booking” button or https://easybus.ph/rebook. Rebooking is subject to applicable fee/s.
Over-the-Counter Rebooking
• Available at any Raymond ticketing office (up to 3 hours before departure), with the following terms:
Rebooking fee – 20% of the fare
Refund: 20% surcharge.
Service fee is non-refundable.
Can I bring pets on board?
Pets are allowed onboard, subject to the following guidelines:
• Small to medium pets are allowed if inside a carrier, wearing diapers, and odor-free.
• Pets must stay beside the owner and require a fare equal to one seat.
