You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.

Cancellation and request for refund may be processed in any Raymond Transportation ticketing office on or before the trip date/time subject to a 20% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.

Online Rebooking

Rebook up to 3 hours before your trip via the “Manage Booking” button or https://easybus.ph/rebook. Rebooking is subject to applicable fee/s.

Over-the-Counter Rebooking

Available at any Raymond ticketing office (up to 3 hours before departure), with the following terms:

  • Rebooking fee – 20% of the fare 
  • Refund: 20% surcharge. 
  • Service fee is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed onboard, subject to the following guidelines:

  • Small to medium pets are allowed if inside a carrier, wearing diapers, and odor-free.
  • Pets must stay beside the owner and require a fare equal to one seat.

Yes! The following discounts are available through online booking:

  • PWD – Present a valid PWD ID
  • Senior Citizen – Present a valid government-issued ID
  • Student – Present a valid Student ID for the current school year or a Registration Form
  • Children (6 years old and below) – Travel free of charge when seated on an accompanying adult’s lap. A Birth Certificate must be presented for age verification.
